If you’re interested in becoming a new patient, we invite you to complete our secure, HIPAA-compliant New Patient Paperwork by clicking the link below. This allows us to better understand your needs and determine if we are the right fit to work together.

Pricing: (Currently do not accept insurance but plan to in the future. In the meantime, we offer transparent, upfront pricing for our services.)

New patient evaluation (60 min): $350

Follow-up visits (30 min): $175
